There are more than 150 cops, sheriff's delegates, and government pros on the trail for Joseph Jakubowski, who Wisconsin specialists say is seen as armed and very dangerous after he purportedly burglarized an area weapon store in Janesville, a city roughly 40 miles south of Madison.
